Warranty & Service

At Verlichtinggroothandel.nl, we fully stand behind the quality of our products. When used correctly*, our products are designed to last for years. That is why we offer a warranty period of 2 to 5 years, depending on the specific product. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects.

The entire warranty process is handled directly by Verlichtinggroothandel.nl – you are therefore never dependent on third parties. This ensures a fast and efficient solution. The warranty period starts on the invoice date.

* Products must be used according to the instructions on our website, packaging and/or manual.
** Normal wear and tear and improper use are not covered. See the exceptions below.

Warranty procedure

Are you experiencing a problem with a product? Then follow these steps:

1. Check the power supply/driver – The driver is often the cause. You can test this by replacing it with the driver from a working product.

o If the driver is defective, we will send you a replacement driver free of charge.

2. Is the product still not working? Send an email to our customer service with:

o Your order number or a copy of the invoice

o Photos on which the defect is clearly visible

Our technical service will assess the problem and provide a suitable solution as soon as possible.

Possible warranty solutions

Depending on the defect and availability, we offer:

· Repair of the product

· Replacement with a new product from the same batch number (if in stock)

· An alternative product if the original batch number is no longer available

Please note: due to ongoing quality improvements, the color temperature of new products may vary slightly. For larger projects, we therefore recommend ordering extra spare panels.

Exceptions

The warranty does not apply to:

· Normal wear and tear (for example, batteries)

· Damage caused by incorrect or careless use/installation (such as dropping or incorrect connection)

· Problems caused by combining our products with products from other brands (for example, LED strips used with a power supply from another brand)
